Did you know, ladies, that oatmeal baths have long been known for their soothing and moisturizing properties?
My novelty homemade bath salt recipe contains skin-care ingredients such as Epsom salts, almond oil and oats.
The recipe is so simple that anyone can do it!
As a final touch use beautiful glass jars as containers for you self-made product - and lo and behold! You have a SPA Salon near at hand!!!)
MY RECIPE :
MOISTURIZING BATH SALTS.
First, add the oatmeal to the Epsom salt and mix thoroughly. Then come liquid ingredients: sweet almond oil and essential oils of your choice, mix and add to the dry ones.
Sweet almond oil is rich in fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin E, leaving the skin very hydrated.
Very fine Epsom salt (Epsom salt)
can be replaced with sea salt , but the effect will be compromised - 400 grams;
Oatmeal flour-100 grams
Sweet almond oil -15g
Any essential oils you like -10 drops per bottle.
add a few tablespoons of the salt mixture directly to the hot bath water.
It can also be used as a body scrub.
Please , the product is available to order on my web site !!))
